Very nice! I've always been skeptical about keeing these kinds of plants indoors due to their moisture and light requirements. We have two that are outside right now that were hand-me-downs from Chris' dad. We grew them in Florida, too, but didn't want to deal with them in Texas because we have to bring them in when it gets too cold. In our old neighborhood in Sunrise, FL there were people with HUGE balls of them hanging from their trees, some that just overtook the tree and were growing on live oaks, strangler figs, etc. Good luck! I can't wait to see how it grows!
That's awesome! I love seeing them on trees and had considered putting them out on the porch this year, but our summers normally get pretty hot and dry and then there's the cold hardiness issue later in the year. They definitely need a lot of bright, indirect light - hopefully this location will work for them!
I'm in love with this!!!! We still haven't decorated most of our walls but I might have to try this! And Rae would love it, too. So thanks for a gift idea. :)
You should try it! From the looks of things, you have plenty of light! (And humidity)
